📌 NO REFUND POLICY

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product is delivered, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.

◦ Chargebacks and disputes are strictly prohibited. Initiating a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or any forced refund will result in:

• Permanent and irreversible ban from all of our servers

• Removal of access to all previously purchased products

• Blacklisting from our store and all affiliated stores

◦ Product Delivery
All items are delivered automatically through Tebex and/or CFX. Once delivered to your account, you are considered to have full access to the product.

◦ Responsibility and Compatibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their server configuration, framework, or resources are compatible with the product. We provide support, but compatibility issues do not qualify for refunds.

◦ Replacements
Replacements or redeliveries will only be issued if there is a proven error on our end, such as an incorrect file being sent. We do not refund for:

• Installation mistakes

• Lack of server or development knowledge

• Performance issues caused by your hosting, scripts, or modifications

◦ Fraud Prevention
All purchases are logged, timestamped, and verified through Tebex fraud protection. Fraudulent purchases will result in blacklisting and may be reported to payment processors.
